Step-by-step method
- Boil the Mango:
- Wash and peel the raw mango.
- Cut into chunks and boil in 1 cup of water for 10–12 minutes, or until soft.
- Let it cool, then mash or blend it into a smooth pulp.
- Prepare the Panna:
- In a bowl or blender, mix the mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mint leaves.
- Add 2 cups of cold water and blend or stir well.
- Serve:
- Pour into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with a mint leaf or a pinch of cumin on top.
