  1. Boil the Mango:
    • Wash and peel the raw mango.
    • Cut into chunks and boil in 1 cup of water for 10–12 minutes, or until soft.
    • Let it cool, then mash or blend it into a smooth pulp.
  2. Prepare the Panna:
    • In a bowl or blender, mix the mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mint leaves.
    • Add 2 cups of cold water and blend or stir well.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with a mint leaf or a pinch of cumin on top.
